Jad Mubaslat is an entrepreneur and developer who has been passionate about Bitcoin and similar technologies for several years. Today he is working as a PM at Rain.bh, the first regulated cryptocurrency exchange of the Middle East. He also founded BitQuick.co, a Bitcoin trading platform in 2013, while attending The Ohio State University. BitQuick.co was accepted into leading Bitcoin accelerator, Boost.VC in 2014, and also received investment from Tim Draper. BitQuick.co was acquired by Athena Bitcoin Inc in 2016 after growing to transact over $1.6M in trades each month, all while staying based in Ohio. Jad still received his BS in Biomedical Engineering in May, 2015. In 2018, he received his MS in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering at Wright State. Jad also spends time as a co-organizer for the Dayton Bitcoin Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Group.
